Please fill out and submit the application above. Someone from our team will contact you within 10 business days with more information.
Where is the event?
Porter Park, S 2nd W & 3rd W, Rexburg, ID 83440. We will be on the South side, with the stage. Just look for rainbows ;)
What about safety and annoyances?
We hire Rexburg PD for security. They will be patrolling nearby, have a parked car, and have officers in plain clothes on the ground at the event. If there are any disturbances or you feel like you’re in danger simply dial 911. They are ready to help.
What is the schedule of events?
June 11, 2022
11:00 am - 1:30 pm Booth set-up, vendors check in at the information tent
2:00 - 8:30 Vendors and activities
6:00 - 6:30 Program

Where will vendors be placed?
Per Rexburg ordinances no one is allowed to sell anything on park property. This year we plan to have W 2nd S blocked off and place all vendors on the street. This will create a festival sort of atmosphere. We will designate spots for each vendor.
How many people will be in attendance?
Last year over 1,500 people attended Pride.
How many food trucks will there be?
We are allowing 5 food trucks at the event with a variety of products.
Can I get electricity to my food truck?
Yes, we are able to provide you with electricity for an added $25 fee.
Can I get water to my food truck?
Yes, we are able to provide you with water for an added $25 fee.
Is there a designated spot for wastewater?
Sorry, there is not. You are responsible for your own greywater disposal.
What permits do I need?
Food vendors must present proper temporary or mobile food license issued by Eastern Idaho Public Health; as well as a valid Food Protection Manager certification before or at check-in. See https://eiph.idaho.gov/EH/Food/foodmain.html for more information on these permits.
What are the vending fees?
For a 10x10 non-profit booth there is no fee, but please feel free to make a donation :)
For a 10x10 arts/crafts vendor the fee is $100
For a 10x10 food vendor the fee is 10% of sales with a max of $200
