What can I expect in a group therapy session?

We understand attending group therapy for the first time can feel intimidating. Group therapy is designed to let participants know they are not alone. No matter where participants are in their journey, these groups can foster hope, healing, and community.

Groups usually include 4 - 6 participants plus a professional facilitator, and what is said in the group stays in the group. Our facilitators are trained to uphold and practice confidentiality.
